At FreshMitha.com, we are committed to delivering freshly prepared, authentic sweets directly to your doorstep. As our products are handcrafted to order and perishable, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure quality control while maintaining a fair and transparent experience for our customers.

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products:

All sweets are made fresh after an order is placed.

Once delivered, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused due to hygiene and food safety standards.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under exceptional cases, such as:

Incorrect item delivered (must not be consumed)

Product damaged in transit or spoiled at delivery (with clear photo/video evidence)

Missing items from the confirmed order

To request a refund:

Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 1 hour of receiving the order

Provide order details and visual proof of the issue

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Note: Slight differences in appearance or taste, due to traditional preparation methods, will not qualify for a refund.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided preparation has not started

Once preparation begins, cancellations are no longer possible

4. Delivery Guidelines

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery address and availability during delivery time

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, no refund will be provided
